Privacy policy

Atlas is a privately operated personal assistant for its owner. This policy describes how Atlas uses Google account data made available through authorized Google OAuth integrations. This website is informational and does not provide public access to the assistant.

Information accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, Atlas may access Gmail messages and message metadata to identify and organize owner-requested information, and dedicated Google Calendar calendars and events to coordinate schedules. The existing Gmail integration requests read-only access; the Calendar integration requests access to calendars created by the application. Atlas may also process instructions and task information provided directly by its owner.

How information is used

Atlas uses authorized Google data to carry out its owner's requested assistant functions, including email intake, schedule coordination, task-related workflows and relevant summaries. Atlas does not use Google account data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Processing and sharing

Atlas is run for one owner's use, not as a public multi-user service. Information may be processed by the software and service providers configured for the owner's requested workflows, including AI model providers when enabled. Google data is not made available to unrelated users. Access and disclosure may also occur when required by applicable law.

Storage, security and retention

Operational data and authorization credentials may be stored on the owner's privately administered systems. Access is restricted through system permissions and account authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed for the owner's workflows, records and backups, and may be deleted by the owner from the relevant systems, subject to any applicable retention requirements.

Control and revocation

The owner controls which Google permissions are granted and may revoke access at any time through the Google Account connections page. Revocation prevents future access using that authorization but does not automatically erase information previously retained in local records or backups. Website data

This static website does not ask visitors to create accounts or submit private Google information. Its hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site under its own applicable policies.

Changes and contact
